Having grown up in the Ocean City sportfishing community, Spencer began spending his days offshore at the young age of five. Once he was old enough to hold a gaff, Spencer continued to expand his knowledge-base by working his way up from a third mate to a licensed captain. Along the way, Spencer also worked with numerous boat owners to professionally outfit their boats specific to their needs. Today, Spencer continues to apply his diverse skill sets to the sportfishing community. The development of SeaMark is yet another way for Spencer to serve the community that has molded him into the person that he is today.
